To Download the STEP8 Instructor Manual,

#1.  "Right Click" below on the red "download" button with your right-hand mouse button, 

#2.  select "Save target as..." then

#3.  select a subdirectory on your computer to save the PDF file(s) to.

Once downloaded to your computer, you can open and print the file using your Adobe Acobat Reader.
